Congrats to our Students of the Week!
Another amazing turnout for All Pro Dad’s this morning! Thanks to all of the adults who came to spend time with their children. Also, a big thanks to Mr. Miller for his leadership!
Our preschool students are learning how to collaborate with hands-on centers daily! We love puppets, building with magna-tiles and puzzles.
The next All Pro Dads breakfast will be this Friday, January 14th, in the PPS cafeteria where we will discuss the topic, Joy. The meeting starts at 7:00 am and will end around 7:30 am.
Our 2nd graders are working hard on learning strategies for subtraction today. Love the hard work and hands-on strategies our teachers are presenting to them!
We are excited to announce our Cubs Preschool Open House date!
We love having students back in the building!! It is so fun to hear their stories and see their smiling faces. We are looking forward to a great 2nd semester!

Thursday was a GREAT day at PPS!! From Mr. Scott’s amazing elf costume to announcing our gingerbread winners (congrats to Mrs. Warren, Mrs. McDonald, and Mrs. Smith), we are truly enjoying this magical time with our students!
PPS staff members had 45 minutes to decorate gingerbread houses. Students then got to vote on their favorite one… winner gets announced today!!!

Tomorrow is Riley Spirit Day! For 50 cents, students can dress in their favorite Disney gear.
The next All Pro Dads breakfast will be Friday, December 10th, at PPS at 7 AM. We will discuss the topic, Friendliness. We encourage all dads to come out and enjoy some quality one-on-one time with your kids before sending them off to start the school day.

Counting circles are an important part of our math block every day! Students practice counting forwards and backwards from any number. Mrs. Hays students worked on counting by 10’s today!
Students in Mrs. Warren’s class used a Blooket this morning as their math warmup! Great strategies were used to review and practice!
