Hello All!  We made it through our first full week in great shape. Here is information you will need for next week.

  1. Back to School night 8/1721- Here is the schedule for our back to school. You will need to pull your students schedule off of Harmony, and you will follow that schedule for the evening.

6:30 Parents reports to period 1 class (message from Mr.Rund via intercom)(5 minutes)

  1.  Book Rental amounts have not been finalized yet but as soon as we get those completed, we will email that information out to you.

In the meantime, there is some important information you should be aware of….

 

State Textbook Assistance – apply NOW!

The Federal government has extended the free lunch program to all students until the end of the school year. However, if you want the State to pay for your Textbooks you still need to apply for that! The State Textbook Assistance program is based on financial need. You can find the application on the North West Hendricks website or click on State Textbook Assistant Form    to print it out. Paper applications need to be completed and returned to the high school main office. All applications need to be completed by September 20, 2021 to ensure approval and removal of those fees from your account! NOTE: State Textbook Assistance does NOT cover AP Art Exam Fees, AP Social Studies Exam Fees, Area 31 program fees, IVY Tech Class Fees, or the Senior Graduation Material Fee. You will be responsible for paying these fees for your student before Graduation or your student will not be allowed to participate in any Graduation activities.

Payment Plans 

Click on Book Rental Payment Plan to print your form. Please fill out the student(s) name, parent name, and information needed depending on which option you select.  You can email that form to: syesterch@hendricks.k12.in.us     Once we finalize book rental amounts, I will email you how much you will need to pay based on what plan you selected.
