Finals information
FINALS ARE HERE! STUDENTS DO NOT HAVE TO REPORT, MONDAY (12/19) THROUGH WEDNESDAY (12/21), UNTIL 1 PM IF THEY DO NOT WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN VOLUNTARY STUDY TIME. IF A STUDENT COMES IN FOR STUDY TIME THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE AND THEN RETURN FOR THEIR FINAL. FOR EXAMPLE A STUDENT CAN NOT COME IN FOR THE 1ST STUDY SESSION THEN LEAVE AND COME BACK FOR THE FINAL. ALL STUDENTS MAY NOT LEAVE EARLY WITHOUT A PARENT NOTE. NO STUDENT WILL BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE EARLY DURING A TESTING PERIOD.
For students with an IEP or 504: In order for your student to take advantage of their IEP/504 accommodations including extra time if that is one of their accommodations, they will need to attend THE FULL DAY OF SCHOOL. We will start studying during their study time and then also start their test during this time to ensure they get the full benefits of their accommodations.
