For several years, the Jostens' Renaissance program has been a foundation for building a positive school culture at Tri-West Middle School. On a daily basis, we strive to recognize, reward, and reinforce students' behaviors that demonstrate positive character and respect while achieving outstanding results.  

Tri-West Middle School offers a variety of ways to be involved outside of the classroom. Interscholastic athletics at TWMS provides a competitive environment for students to learn and develop in the fundamentals of skill and strategy. School-sponsored clubs offer students the opportunity to grow in other interests that may not be covered in classroom curriculum.

I am entering into my 17th year in education but first in administration. I was a Language Arts teacher for 16 years, the past 12 years as an English 10 teacher at Tri-West High School. I have also been a varsity boys basketball coach for 15 years and a varsity boys soccer coach for five years. I will draw from these classroom and athletic experiences as l serve the North West Hendricks School community as well as I possibly can.

I have been married to my wife Stephanie for 11 years, and the two of us have four children together: Kiptyn (10), Breckyn (9), Everly (7), and Sawyer (3). We reside in Whitestown, Indiana; however, all of our children go to North West Hendricks Schools and play youth sports within the area.

I feel extremely blessed to serve our students at TWMS in this new role. I am looking forward to building lasting relationships with our staff, parents, and most importantly our students of TWMS.
