1.  Do you like YouTube? What about Facebook? Instagram? Snapchat? If you answered “duh” to any of these, you might be the social media influencer we’re looking for! This spring, Tri-West Middle School will be putting on a play called “The Internet is Distract- OH LOOK A KITTEN!” Yep. You heard that right. Even the author of the play got so distracted by the internet that he couldn’t complete the title! It happens! Let’s face it, the internet is a super distracting blessing that can sometimes turn into a curse when a big paper is due. But don’t you dare let the internet distract you from auditioning for a role in the spring show! We have roles for every social media platform, famous YouTubers, distracted teenagers, and yes, even a kitten. Take the time over break to think about if this is the show for you! There will be more news for you when we get back. Questions? Don’t waste your time Googling- the play director Mrs. Holleman will be here Thursday during Pride Time to answer all your questions! Meet her in the cafeteria to get all the info you’ll need to try out next week!

2. Student Council Members: T-Shirt forms are due by Friday, 12/6!  Order forms are in the office if you need one.

3. 7th grade basketball played a great game but lost 46-28 to Plainfield last night.  The team is making great strides and is improving every game.  Scoring was led by Chase H with 18 points. The 8th grade boys basketball team  defeated the Quakers by a score of 49-32. Ethan E lead the Bruins with 14 points with Max R pumping in 13 points and Drew M adding 12 points.
