All K-8 Registration Information

It is that time of year!  The start of school is just around the corner and we are so excited to welcome everyone back after the long summer break.  All families will need to complete online registration through Harmony Family Access.  Your child will not be registered for school until you complete this registration.  

If your child is a returning student, you should already have an account set up.  If you have forgotten your password, you will need to click on “forgot password” in order to set up a new one.  If your child is a new student, you should receive an email with an activation code to allow you to set up your account.

Once in your child’s account, you will scroll down to the section titled Online Registration.  You will need to complete or update any of the items without a green checkmark beside them.  For returning families, you will not be able to update your Health History form.  If you have any changes in your child’s health history, please contact your building nurse.  If you have any troubles with the system or the items on the list, please contact the office at your school.

Harmony Family Access will also display the total bill for your child’s textbook rental under “Textbook Balance”.  That amount can be sent to the school via mail, brought in by your child on the first day of school, through our online system called Titan, you may contact your building secretary to set up a payment plan, or you may apply for lunch and textbook assistance which also takes place in Titan.  Please stay tuned for more information about the start of school, including items related to COVID procedures, open house, transportation and more!
