At the June 9, 2026 school board meeting, the school board approved alignment of professional development schedules for Kindergarten through grade twelve. This schedule will replace the early releases at the elementary level that happened once a month and the weekly late start Wednesday at the middle school and high school.
On the second Wednesday of each month, students will arrive at school on a two hour delay schedule. Teachers and staff will receive professional development during this time. Buses will run their regular routes, with pick up times being two hours delayed on the dates specified above. Students will be dismissed from school at the normal time of 2:25 PM.
