Congratulations to the Tri-West Middle School music programs for their tremendous accomplishments as ISSMA last week. The 8th grade band, led by Mr. Hartzog, participated in the highest level and earned a gold rating.
Mr. Childs, the choir director, led the 6th, 7th and 8th grade choirs to gold ratings with the 6th grade choir also earning "with distinction", the highest possible rating. Our 8th grade choir, like the 8th grade band, participated in the most difficult division and earned a gold rating.
We are very proud of our students and very thankful for the tremendous leadership of Mr. Childs and Mr. Hartzog in our music programs. Tri-West has very talented students and these contests help to show, support and grow the talents of our students even more.
